Production process:
1. Loading machine: As the first process of the garbage processing line, the loading mechanism plays a vital role in the entire garbage processing line, which determines the processing speed and processing capacity of the entire garbage processing line.
2. Bag breaker: The bag breaker is used to open plastic bags, woven bags, etc. for transporting garbage, and then transport the materials to the sorting and crushing system. This equipment replaces the traditional manual marking bags and improves the sorting efficiency.
3. Drum screen: The drum screen is an important equipment in the comprehensive garbage processing line. The drum screen series equipment designed and produced by our company has the advantages of strong sorting ability, high cost performance, strong adaptability to working conditions, convenient screen plate replacement, and simple maintenance.
4. Air sorting system: also known as rotary drum density sorter, it consists of a centrifugal fan, a separation unit with a rotary drum, a belt conveyor, and a sedimentation chamber attached to it. According to the principle of aerodynamics, based on the law of sedimentation of various solid wastes in the air, the purpose of classified recycling is achieved.
5. Manual sorting platform: mainly used in the parts of the garbage processing line that cannot rely on mechanical sorting, mainly used to sort out large interferences before the drum screen and the resource utilization and sorting position of materials and wind separation after the drum screen.
6. Magnetic separator: The metal magnetic separation system uses permanent magnets to separate iron and metal in the garbage.
7. Garbage packaging system: The machine uses hydraulic drive to compress reversible garbage into bags to reduce volume.
